Meet Great Dane’s New Quality Control Manager

Josh Sabatini Joins Great Dane to Drive Quality and Process Improvement

At Great Dane Powder Coating, we are thrilled to introduce our newest team member: Josh Sabatini.  Josh joined Great Dane as our Quality Control and Process Improvement Manager as of November 2024. With an extensive background in quality management, operations, and process enhancement, Josh is already making strides to further strengthen our commitment to delivering high-quality, reliable coating services.

Josh brings a wealth of expertise from his time at Ritchey Metals, where he successfully established and maintained robust routines for product quality inspection, ensuring compliance with both physical properties and chemical analysis standards. He played a pivotal role in auditing and improving quality management processes, guiding teams through best practices, and driving productivity while maintaining the highest quality standards. His experience with maintaining ISO-compliant documentation and working on improvement projects across Quality Management Systems makes him an ideal fit for our operations at Great Dane.

Josh will be overseeing quality control efforts for both our powder coating and electrocoating divisions.
