Josh Sabatini Advances to Operations Manager

Expanding His Impact from Quality to Full Operations Excellence

At Great Dane Powder Coating, we are proud to announce the promotion of Josh Sabatini to Operations & Process Improvement Manager. After demonstrating exceptional leadership in  Quality Control since November 2024, Josh is ready to take on expanded responsibilities overseeing our entire production operations.

In his time leading Quality Control, Josh has made remarkable contributions to our quality systems. He successfully established robust inspection routines, streamlined our documentation processes, and mentored team members in quality best practices. His data-driven approach and commitment to continuous improvement have already elevated our standards across both powder coating and electrocoating divisions.

In his new role as Operations & Process Improvement Manager, Josh will oversee the complete powder coating and e-coat value stream. His responsibilities will encompass production scheduling, process optimization, preventive maintenance programs, and workforce development. Drawing on his extensive background from Ritchey Metals and his proven success at Great Dane, Josh will embed quality thinking throughout every stage of our operations.
